Terms of Service

Effective date: September 6, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the A.R.C Foundation community event for 7 Days to Die (the “Event”). By joining the Discord, accessing event servers, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must also comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any platforms used (e.g., Discord, Steam).

2. Code of Conduct

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, and targeted abuse are prohibited.
  • No cheating, exploiting, doxxing, or stream-sniping.
  • Follow moderator/admin instructions and server-specific rules.
  • Do not share malicious links or content.
  • Use appropriate usernames, avatars, and language.

3. Event Structure

The goal is to complete the game ahead of other teams and achieve the most total kills. There will be 4 Public Servers and 2 Private Servers. Public servers may remain open up to two consecutive days after the Event; one private server may remain available indefinitely at the host’s discretion.

4. Prizes & Decisions

Prizes and recognition, if any, are granted at the host’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Decisions by moderators, administrators, and the host are final.

5. Cancellation & Changes

The Event, its schedule, servers, and rules may be changed, postponed, or canceled at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Content & IP

“7 Days to Die” and related marks are property of their respective owners. You retain rights to content you create, but by participating you grant the host a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to capture, record, stream, and share Event participation (e.g., screenshots or clips) for community and promotional purposes.

7. Safety & Fair Play

You agree to play fairly and to promptly report cheating, exploits, or harmful behavior to moderators. The host may investigate and take appropriate action, including removal from servers.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

Participation is at your own risk. The Event is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the host and moderators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Enforcement

Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary or permanent removal from the Event, Discord, or servers, at the host’s discretion.

10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please contact moderators in the Event Discord once it opens.
